I don't know how well that would come off. one of the first impressions they get of your layout ability, kerning skills, etc. is by your resume. If you would like to include your handwriting in your resume, write and then scan your headers (education, experience, references, etc) and use them but let the majority of your cv/resume show your layouy abilities.
