you have to have a friend of family thats a firefighter to get them for you.
i've got several in the family so I get them all the time for myself and my friends. It's actually illegal to have them if your parent or partner isnt a firefighter.. but you can always lie and say you didn't know and bought the car used from somebody who had the sticker before and never took it off.
it's common courtesy for cops to not give firefighters tickets. kinda like how cops never pull over people will free masons stickers.
they figure you have confidential plates and cops dont want to take the time to pull you over to run your plates, just to then let you go. like magic!
