Maybe if the guy cared at all about being arrested, he'd build a fence, too?
Just sayin.. Not that i mean to bitch but still... just the other day they caught some guy being lewd around children in so cal who turned out to be a convicted molester. A week before he tried to snatch 2 twin boys.
If somebody's doing something abnormal I would be a bit on guard, and it sucks to be like that in/around your own home. I think everyone is "guilty" of being nakie at home now and again. But there are lines that get crossed that you know you're going to get attention for, right?
