what's worse imho are the neighbours who seem (according to the story) to had him arrested about every year? just because of their daughter?
if the man was not acting obscene in any way what is scary about a naked man? jesus, have we come to stand this far from our natural selves? it's all fear and hatred nowadays huh?
they could have easily installed a large fence or something if they thought of it to be so offensive!!
