I read all of it. I like your writing, but you obviously have some past issues you need to resolve. Or maybe not. Maybe it's alright to leave them lingering there.
I think you should write a book...or keep a journal/blog.
Anyway, I know lots of people teach because they can't do anything else, but a lot of jobs are like that. There were some pretty horrible teachers in my past, but I think I had more great ones. It could've been that I was a good student though (not to sound pretentious), because I found that a lot of my slacker friends were treated worse.
