true for new potential authors with no connections. It's hard to get in.
but imo it's bound to deepen the cleavage between self-publishing and publishing houses.
furthermore, the samples i've seen look like powerpoint slides.. and who the hell is going to buy a book that reads "publish by LULU"?
wtf? lu-lu?
they could have come with a better name.
but this is my first impression.
