hmmm,
it looks revolutionary...
but i'm afraid we'll see a lot of crap coming out...

This is the twisted principle of Tabloids: if people eat shit then it's ok. It's a wrong view, pretty common in eager people.
Publishers are usually people knowing about books, etc. and they sort of filter stuff. I'm not sure that's bad.
