the ingredients and technique were superb, as you said, and we both thoroughly enjoyed them, but man oh man, as you also warned me, the room and people in it weren't exacty crackling with energy. I wish I could transplant those dishes to some place with opne windows on a busy street! thanks again for your help, my friend.
