with the "info" window open in photoshop, open the curves option and select a color CMY or K.
if you click back on the photo it will show in the info window what the color percentages are on that selected spot.
play with the curves bar to adjust which part of the photo have too much or too little of the color you wish to adjust.
i'm a terrible teacher. it's hard to learn, but delivers the best and most accurate results.
