get used to the curves.
it's the only way to ensure your doing the right thing.
printing comes down to numbers... percentages of ink useage.
with curves you directly control the numbers....
and yeah... scans from slides tend to have a shit load of magenta. scans from negatives, i always let someone else take care of initially.
