I know there are great bands out there, but the press doesn't. Or they choose to ignore them.
Maybe I should have been more clear in my first post.
Rolling Stone is nothing compared to NME, who finds a new "best band in the world" every week.
I almost feel sorry for the teen today, who think they are listening to something new, something that will change the world. It's mostly just copycat bands who blow their best songs on the first album.
Wwhen I first listened to the Bravery, I couldn't believe my ears. It was fun, but not original and it made me want to pull out the old Duran records.
