  I'm not reading everyone elses comments but here is my thoughts.

  Like the speed of loading.
  Like the title as it drops down on rollover.
  Like the size.
  Like the pics

  Dislike the large preload percent text
  Dislike the rolling transition.

  Not sure about: the arrows.

  Ideas:
  Could you have a progress bar, that tells me how far into the gallery I have progressed.

  Could I see the pictures larger if I wanted to?

  Could I have the picture title stay up, or if I want removed.

  Could you program the left and right buttons on the keyboard to move back and forth.

  Otherwise, not a bad start.
