I have a 2br/ 2ba /2car locked parking/ pool/ balcony/ ac/ dishwasher/ laundry for 1295 in Los Feliz (between SilverLake and Hollywood)
i like it. central to everything, most freeways, tons of good food. driving to the west side can be lame, but I cant afford to live on the west side just yet
santa monica smells like human defacation a bit. and lots of homeless. but i just work there. for now.
