In your descriptions, I was always told not to use past tense like "I was involved..." and rather just say "Involvement in blah blah..."
Don't make them full on sentences.
Not sure about the full-justified text...I think in this case, a Lft justification would work. Consider this a work piece and show off your typography skeez. Watch for the widows and orphans and what not
