Maybe make it more scanable.
There is a lot of text. Have the job titles in your experience block stand out. Maybe use point form on the descriptions.
I would try and cut down on the sentance use, and just use keywords. Most people will look at your resume for like 30 seconds.
There is a job opening at my company and I am going through resumes, now. I really dont spend too long looking at them, Certain things have to jump out right away for me.
