    tell your client that the audience that views flash introductions can most closely be compared to billboard readers.

    I've found the toughest thing for clients to do, and ironically the most crucial, is to summarize their business.

    They're doing themselves a disservice by skipping this step. They'll pay for a bigger intro, but no one will read it.
