Darw your circle, then use the line tool and draw a line with a height greater than your circle. Then align both vertically and horizontally the circle and the line, then select the line and double click the rotate icon on the toolbar, select the amount of rotation, and click the copy button, and then Command D to duplicate the line rotation. Then select all lines and circle, and using the Pathfinder pallette select the Divide tool.
Boom, all done
