Sautee the chopped onions in a sauce pan (with oil or butter - your choice. butter will be creamier) until golden brown. Then add the 2 tablespoons of the minced garlic. add salt (to taste) and then add the 2 teaspons or ginger.
sautee this for a couple of minutes and then add spinach. fry the spinach for a few minutes and then add the yogurt. Then add 1 table spoon of tomato paste as well.
let this on medium heat and stir frequently. also add the other ingredients which were options like the cumin seed powder (1 table spoon) and Garam Masala (1 tablesoon). keep stirring.
now it is upto you if you want the curry to be super creamy tor if you want it to be thin. more to follow...
