e-pill: no worries; they are loosening up gradually. Yes: BBC & CNN are on time delay, so they can pull it off-air when news on Taiwan is being aired. But compared to 5 years ago, there is a lot more openess.
Having said that: they have cencoring in place. Don't use words such as democraty or tibet or anything taiwan taipei related. Then again; why should u if it is a corporate site.
Your concern should be: is your url accessible. I know people here that have a site hosted with yahoo, used sino in the url, and are blocked. You may want to host a sister site in Hong Kong or so to bypass this.
