on a Mac - Dash for sure, more polished and you don't have to use F12, just set up a hot corner in Expose (Sys Pref) and woosh in and out very fast. Also you get widget manager that's neat to use in 10.4.
I just tried Konf on a PC, I don't like it as much as the widgets are all lame (there are only 600+ with a least half of them does the same shit) + you have to use keyboard to activate it... just not neat I feel... at least it's free now
