You have a dog jevad.
When we were in SF, in the city, I can't recall seeing grass anywhere, but saw tons of people with dogs.
It just seems humiliating to me to have to let a dog make it's number two on concrete, and it's owner have to pick it up with their plastic bag covered hand. Gross.
