Web design?? Forget that. Take a real design program. There really are no strong new media courses in Toronto.
After University I wasted my money at Centennial College apparently their New Media design program was rated highly. Load of Shite. Learn the technical stuff yourself.
As for illustration, you could check out Sheridan Colleges Illustration program.
