I read the first book. I was disappointed, because I'd really expected some excitement from it. One day a poor boy Harry turns out to be a rich celebrity. He goes to college and is a top student.
He has some 'adventures', but we know he's going to be ok. He's a quidbitch player and we know he's going to win. Boooring!!!
I'm not going to let my children read this crap before they read Tom Sawyer. That's a real book. He has thrilling adventures. He's hanging out with bums. And he gets rich _at_the_fucking_end_ !!!
