bump the framerate to 31fps - seems to be the magic number for smooth animation in flash.
Put something on your homepage that invites people to explore your site/work.
Right now it animates in, stops on the blank gray display area. Influence the user to go where you want them to. Maybe showcase your best work on the front, then have a link/promo to the rest of your stuff "see more work..."
