i agree with mr dinky. design is obviously not very important in this case. i'm sure a very tiny part of the budget considered visual "design". visual communication was obviously considered but coolness is not appropriate for this site.
i think most of the people here think good design is just something that looks cool.
it's pretty sad that as web developers, most people here are making fun of the high cost when, obviously, a tremendous amount of thought went into this project. you're all just diminishing the respect for this industry if you think every web site can be constructed for under 5k.
