  fresh start could be just what you need.

  re: offsite work. i thought it was viable too but we work with contractors and it doesnt go smoothly. Contractors take weird lunch breaks, sleep in, some only work night so fast turnaround is imposible. Also talking to them on the phone all the time is hard to get points across. and getting them to do 'a quick job' takes forever.
  But again, its the small few who abuse offsite are the few who have ruined it for most
