He probably mentioned that they were black because that segment of the US population has much higher numbers of people infected with HIV and AIDS than any other.
He probably said that because he should have been cautions from square one based on that alone.
Black + stranger + skank ass hoe + the potential for sex = you better think twice, and you better wear TWO condoms.
(This is not a racial thing by any means. If any segment of a population is known to have increased risk of HIV/AIDS infection, you should be very cautious. It would be the same for white people with white people.)If you want statistics:
At the end of 2003, the CDC estimates that 405,926 persons were living with AIDS in the USA.
Of these,

* 42% were black
* 20% were Hispanic
* 2% were of other race/ethnicity.Of the 88,815 adult and adolescent women with AIDS,
