  Son somehow I don't see Genslers work as 'helpful' to urban community. As you may or may not know, marketing is about creating a NEED for a product. So by creating a need to own a certain brand within the the urban black community seems actually like a negative more than a positive. Seeing as young people in general will follow their idols, and getting rappers and whatnot to wear these brands, they place a level of importance on HAVING these brands. So tell me why it is a good thing that Gensler has helped create this need for young black/hispanic/white men to wear a brand name?
