    Well, here's my logic:

    An office shouldn't have a problem with a tattoo.
    But, the only tattoo you should be getting on a forearm is an anchor.

    Now, if they were to see this, they just might get a little wierded out and wonder if you were in the navy, or were a Seabee, perhaps.

    I think they would be unsure of just what your background was, and they would probably not hire you.

    Thus, no tattoo for you.
