sorry but neither is appealing, even when ignoring the typography the composition and contrast is flawed.
And then the guy, pretty poor illustration, if you draw that bad you would better stick to tracing.
I don't really get the concept but is it to show that it relieves work so he can go to the beach? In that case he shouldn't be working at the beach, ie no mobile.
