Provo is so weird, it is not even funny. I hav emore friends who have been busted in Provo for doing the most innocent shit. The capper is one who was arrested and put in "the slammer" as officer hormel called it, for speeding. he didn;t go to jail for that, but for the "disgust and poor attitude shown to his orderly".
