unlike most small design firms, the design did not dictate the full development.
the marketing, functional team got together to create a sound business case that works. from that point, the functionality was tested by userbility group to meet the business goals. the designer had VERY little to do with this site. like i said, this was driven by two main things, business and funtionality.
i cant say what were used in this project unless its public knowledge.
lets just say that we had to build everything from a scratch using old data.
