frame rate it is directly proportional to the ability to not use odd numbers for font sizes and be .x pixels and inversly proportional to the client calling and asking why he has to upgrade his browser from flash 4 player to at least flash 5 player to see a simple scrollbar component on his already terrible corporate website.
