what thisman said... the trick is to be a really good photographer. This is part of the problem... that people think some magical filter can change things.
It's all about LIGHTING.
but if you can afford the Kodak super magic sparkle 1.0G filter... well then, you've got it made, pick up a fuji finepix or whatever camera you have around and go to it!
