The whole thing is a rediculous farce, but that's redundant. Anyway, Rockstar are denying that the minigame code existed before the patch is applied, but whether I believe them or not I don't fault them. The fact is the functionality isn't there/accessible and only appears when a mod is applied. Besides, rated M for Mature couldn't be any more obvious...
