Yeh there are all sorts of beautiful lofts down here. It cost a lot, but its out of convenience. the studio is less than two blocks away... though its really nice, about 1 or two blocks over is a war zone. As in -- tons of crizack heads, sometimes I just drive around the block if don't want to go through battle.
