Anyone can say they run a company, and anyone can say they are a creative directory, even if all they've done is pissant freelance work.
Ever see someone try to really talk up their resume by saying about a project they did totally on their own:
Project X - Creative Direction, Production Design, Copywriting.
Some people think they can really pull the wool over people.
