Overall look and feel is clean and simple which is good but I'm not a big fan of long flash intros.
I would recommend keeping the first phase of the animation but drop the green flicker set. Frequent visitors will frustrated and infrequent visitors will be put off.
The inclusion of navigation and skip intro option are a must from the off.
Couple of tweaks and shorten the intro and you're there.
