very true what was said about emergency services. i noticed it amongst the citizens as well. they all seemed to remain calm and kept it all together. well done.

(Jul 7 05, 13:24)Agreed. But to be fair, we are quite experienced at this. London has been an IRA target for decades. When I lived in N london in the 90s a bomb scare or indeed an incendiary device or explosive was a v regular occurance.
I still remember the noise from the bomb in Wood Green back in 92ish *shudder
