I agree with derek, but if you have a few other promotional pieces, throw them in there, too. That may put a thought in the back of their head that other pieces are always a possibility and that you're the person for them.
Also, I've found that noting any sort of general office experience you may have helps. It lets them know you can handle working in an office environment (because some people can't) and that they don't have to hold your hand as much as they would someone else. Even if it's just helping out at the school office for a semester. It's still experience.
