People are almost unsuprised by these attacks. Countries with no prior history of terrorism are preparing terrorism prevention plans. On the news it seems they are talking about it like this has already become a fact of live and a consequence of living in a western city. Some people are in constant fear of being targetted with the next attack.
This is what Al Qaida wanted to achieve and I am affraid they are succeeding.
