I have no idea what he did the 3D letters in, but I'd bet 100 bucks it was Swift 3D.
I like logo 4 and 6, but I think they need some work. I like your apporach to all of them, but something's missing. I like where 13 is going. Plus, it uses the camera which at least clues you in to what they do. I don't know. In all honesty, I think it needs a lot of work.
None of them do what a logo is supposed to do! They simply look cool.
