I was thinking of trying them.
I've used something similar in the past but they generally aren't very useful. Most use a cgi script that you add in the top of every page but it slows traffic as it picks up data from their servers. It can also mess with your tables, adding in a return spaces in some cases.
I'm also suspicious as to what information they take from your visitors. They may pass it on junk mailing lists.
