i get the horizontal scroll here, too (ff/win).
i like the layout, but definately cut back on the different typefaces. a quick glance shows five.
i'll just echo two things that were said earlier, which is to center the site and lose the text-move/over-state for the nav.
i do really like the look of it as a whole. nice.
