i try not to use it cuz my coworker had massive problems with paypal.
they froze her account bc. they said there was suspicious activity. that was bullshit.
she had to battle them for months before they unfroze her bank account. i was here when all of that was going on and i i know how hard it was to get shit fixed.
it was bogus from the start. so i rarely if ever use paypal, though i do have an account and got the Transfatty DVD using it.
i would say it is generally safe, but...
