  i had a look round a proper farm shop in the Lake District when I was there. We had a look in their abbatoire and they busy butchering cows. They were trimming one and bleeding another... I've never seen so much blood. Cows are pretty big too once you've spilt down the middle. The smell was incredible.

  I bought some local lamb and venision fron these guys.
