at a session one night, me and a few chums, under the influence of whiskey and such, invented a game called "escalation". You had to punch the punter beside you on the cheek, and they had to hit the punter beside then a little harder - hence the name. It didn't catch on. wasn't just a "lads" thing either, there were a few girls playing. i sat between two of them.
