It seems as though a lot of big reputable places in london use recruitment places just because they dont have the time to interview and sift through cv's and folios. But i guess thats the kind of places that dont really need a 'good' designer in a lot of cases. Its mostly for artworkers but they do seem to get a lot of design positions.
