No, the titanium gives, according to the specs, somewhere around 55 to 75 bhp on this particular car. (1999 3200 GT). I think it varies quite a lot between cars. I got a friend over at Eisenmann selling these exhausts, and they do M3's every week - I could ask if you want.
Yeah, it is kind of pricey but they seduced me with their demo car so I couldn't resist. Plus, I got a discount if I put their sticker at the back. ^_^
