the zombie i met didn't speak. much less english. much less on the telephone. but, yes, i believe that he was a zombie.
i don't have much time to go into it right now, but i lived in the dovecote of a voodoo priestess' mansion in havana for nearly a year.
i have witnessed some interesting things. these things are partially responsible for transforming me from the cynical and twisted intellectual pin-up girl that i once was into the credulous and slightly magical creature that you see before you now.
